As a Master Franchise Owner you will have exclusive rights to the Rising Star™ Management System. Rising Star™ is the proprietary operating system used by the Buildingstars®’ Franchise owners. Rising Star™ acts as a blueprint for success, empowering you with the guidelines to grow your Master Franchise Region while developing your Unit Franchise owners to their maximum potential. With the support of the Rising Star™ system you will be able to show your franchisees where they are going and how to get there.

Rising Star™ starts with a unique account selection process that targets only the highest quality customer accounts and filters out the operationally challenging ones. We call this process the Degree of Management Difficulty Matrix or DMDM™. DMDM™ delivers an increased level of operational stability and efficiency to the Unit Franchise Owners. This allows you to spend less time on operational issues and more time on growing your Master Region.

The Rising Star™ system provides a step by step plan for the Unit Franchise owner that takes them through three stages of growth. Each stage is represented by a specific franchise offering. They are the “Technician”, the “On-Site Manager”, and “Corporate”.

• Technician Stage Franchise. A low cost, part-time franchise opportunity that allows the Master Franchisee to build a base of Unit Franchise owners quickly.
• On-Site Manager. A full-time opportunity, the On-Site Manager franchise takes the Unit Franchise owner to the next stage and provides a conduit to the more advanced Corporate Program.
• Corporate Program. The most advanced cleaning franchise program available, the Corporate franchisee has an operating system designed for large buildings and corporate headquarters.
