How it works
This is an executive level business opportunity where the Master Franchise Owner uses their business experience, combined with the proven Buildingstars® operating system, to help small business owners achieve success. A Master Franchise Owner sells and supports unit franchises (sub-franchisees) that service commercial cleaning customers in a designated region. A region is a guaranteed territory, typically the greater metropolitan area of a city with a population of 500,000 or more. The Master Franchise region offers an initial training program, and then offers a number of support services including account sales, customer service and administrative support through a regional office.
Typically the Master Franchise Owner spends their day making sales calls, meeting with customers and recruiting prospective franchisees. Initially they may work some evenings training current franchise owners and meeting with prospective franchisees. Within a matter of months these responsibilities are delegated to new team members allowing the Master to concentrate on full-time management.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MASTER FRANCHISE OWNER:
- Recruit qualified Franchise Owners
- Train the Franchise Owners
- Develop a sales force to obtain qualified customers for the Franchise Owners
- Provide customer invoicing, collecting and payment to the Franchise Owners
- Provide on-going support and development for Franchise Owners
