Founded in 1994, Buildingstars® has become a leading commercial cleaning franchisor with over 200 franchise owners serving over 1,400 customers. With headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri and regional offices in Chicago and Phoenix, Buildingstars® is expanding rapidly throughout the United States and is emerging as an industry leader, earning recognition from Inc Magazine as one of the “Fastest Growing Companies in America” and a member of the Inc 500.

Founder Chris Blase rolled years of industry experience into a unique business model that truly separates Buildingstars® from any other commercial cleaning franchise company.

First, we separate ourselves by offering an all-inclusive facility management service program to our customers. We are more than just a commercial cleaning company; we offer a comprehensive program to provide facility supplies, carpet care, floor care, lighting and maintenance. Our service is complete, consistent, courteous – and environmentally friendly through our successful Green Star program.

In addition, Buildingstars® has developed a platform for rapid yet stable growth. We offer an innovative management development program called Rising Star™ that provides our franchise owners with a clear path for advancement from Cleaning Technician to Onsite Manager to Corporate Manager. As a result our customer accounts are managed by the most motivated and well trained people in the industry.
