Steps to Ownership

Qualifications:

Step One: First, fill out the online application. After we receive your application, you will be contacted by our franchise development manager. During our first phone conversation we will answer most of the commonly asked questions including; “What are the investment and business experience requirements?” We will determine if we both meet the basic requirements in order to justify the next step.

Step Two: We will conduct a series of informative phone conversations and emails. You will learn who we are, what makes us different and what it is like to manage your own region. We will put you in touch with the individuals who have grown their Master Region along with some Unit Franchise Owners.

Step Three: We will give you a set of guidelines so that you can investigate the competition and similar types of franchises that you may be interested in. If we both feel the opportunity is a good fit we will invite you to our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis for a Discovery Day. If our opportunity is not right for you, we may be able to recommend other options.

Step Four: During Discover Day you will meet our executive support team and see a Master Region in action. We will go over the Master Franchise operation in detail. You will be able to observe a day in the life of a Master Franchise owner first hand.

Step Five: Finally, you will complete your due diligence process. If you decide you want to become part of the Buildingstars® team we will complete the documents and determine a start date for your business.
