Our Master Franchise training program is designed to get you productive in the short term and successful for the long term. There is an intense two week initial training program in our corporate office and an on-going training program that is conducted at the Master Franchise Owners office every six weeks during the first two years.

In addition, you will be assigned a development coach that is accessible on a daily basis. Our development coaches are successful managers that have had extensive experience in the development of a Regional Support Center. The relationship with your development coach is a continuous relationship to help guide you through key milestones and growth stages of your business.

As a Master Franchise Owner you will have access to a vast library of operations manuals, policy and procedure manuals, training manuals, industry related books and CD programs, all designed to help you understand how to manage a successful region.

Through our intense two week initial training program you will learn:

  • Planning and Development: You will learn how to develop a customized business plan specifically designed to set realistic expectations, the identification of key milestones and how to grow through them.
  • Sales and Marketing: Marketing programs for both unit franchise sales and customer accounts sales.
  • Operations and Unit Franchise Development: This is where you will find out what makes the Buildingstars® model is so unique. How our Rising Star™ program helps build a strong operational foundation and why that gives you such a strong competitive advantage.

Learn from other successful managers in your peer group.

We facilitate relationships between peers by hosting a national convention for our Master Franchise Owners and Regional Directors. Our national convention allows you to network with other successful managers, Master Franchise Owners and industry venders. In addition, we have developed a peer group review that acts as an informal board of directors to give our Master Owners 360 degree feedback, candid advice and positive support.
